LEONARD NNAMDI STANLEY EKEH (OFR, FNCS)
CHAIRMAN
Leonard is a first-rate Economist and Risk manager with deep
passion and commitment for the development and growth of the
Nigerian ICT Sector. He is the Founder and Chairman of the
Zinox Group which has delivered some of the biggest ICT
projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, including providing the
technology backbone for the 2007 and 2011 Nigerian election
voters’ registration.
He was honored as an ICON of HOPE by President Olusegun Obasanjo in 2001 and has also been conferred with one of Nigeria’s highest national awards – Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) in 2003. He was recently honored with the National Productivity Merit Award (NPOM) by President Muhammadu Buhari in November 2019 for his sustained leadership in Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Under his leadership, the Zinox Group has grown to become one of the most integrated and innovative ICT companies in Africa.
Leo Stan Ekeh was born on February 22, 1956 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Degree in Risk Management from the Punjab University, India, and Nottingham University, England respectively.
